Olivia McDonnold and Mira Shah, seniors at Centennial High School, have been nominated for the 2016 Student of the Year award by Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. This is a huge campaign; only 15 students/teams were accepted into the fundraising campaign from across the state, and the girls were recognized at the Woodruff Arts Center last month. The campaign stretches out over six weeks, starting on January 14th and ending on February 26th. The girls are trying to raise $30,000 to help find a cure for cancer.

At Centennial High School, the Olivia and Mira are putting together a Trivia Night on January 22nd, a Valentine’s Dance on February 11th, and a Male Pageant Show on February 19th.
